The location here is fantastic, being close to everything you need in the city except for the buggy tours.

All in all everything was lovely, had a very special stay for a night. The employees were well-trained and professional. The hotel was in an unbeatable and excellent position near to the lovely center of the city, the Wroclaw main square, and Very close to the piazza.

The hotel was absolutely stunning and in a central location just next door to the Rynek square. I had a real good time here and would definitely return. the centre of Old Town and the "cafe" are right there.

Polite staff. The room-only rate we got through Booked.net was very good value. The rooms were a great standard and housekeeping was good.

The Spa was closed over the Easter weekend. The cost of breakfast was quoted very high c25 euro per person per day which we though was too steep (i.e. 100 euro per day for a family of four!) But we were so close to the town square where there are lots of very nice restaurants and where we could get a great breakfast for a third of the cost.

At the moment of the reservation they freezed me 100 euros from my credit card, without I knew that, for the extras. I didn't read it anywhere and I didn't sign anything to allowed Sofitel to do it.

The hotel's location was excellent, not far from the square and Christmas market, the restaurant, and many bars and restaurants located in the Old Town. The rooms were updated and a decent size, equipped with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and terry dressing gowns in the bathroom.

We had an EXCELLENT time staying at this hotel. That was exceptionally comfortable property set in nice enough area, near the bar / restaurant, and town square. Everything was good and the staff was polite and very very nice. The breakfast was very very good with healthy options, tasteful dishes, rice, so much to pick from. The service provided there was helpful.

The location of the Sofitel hotel is perfect for siteseeing in the old part of Wroclaw. The staff was very professional and informative about good restaurants and pubs in the area. I look forward to visiting Wroclaw and staying at the Sofitel again. Maybe I will even use the spa next time.

The temperature in the training center was too high. The air conditioning could have been set a few degrees lower.
